I cut out all elements on my machine using white and lilac card. Glittered the first topper and the sentiments. Stuck the first two toppers together using glue and mounted them onto the main card using foam pads.

Added the sentiment 'Happy Birthday' in the centre of the card and 'Gran' to the bottom of the card. Added a lilac satin bow. There are lots more sentiments to choose from. This is an easy card to make and looks stunning when complete.
