Flourish Frame Card Front - Topper multi formats Completed by Diane Baldrey

I matted and layered silver card and pink vellum onto an 8 inch square card. I cut the topper on my Cameo using white card and glued to the front of my prepared card. I added a white ribbon and bow to the left hand edge.

I layered a floral decoupage from my stash with foam pads and finished with a sentiment.
