Scalloped Layered Baby Girl TopperCompleted by KAREN CARTER

I made the base card from pale pink Centura Pearl and also cut the middle layer from the same card, the remaining layers I cut from white pearl.

I embossed the top layer with an embossing folder.

The flowers were made from punches. the finishing touches include some silver corner peeloffs and 2 pink faceted teddy bears.

A lovely cutting file that can be embellished or left plain to suit yourself.
