Tina kindly adapted this design to PFD for me as I don't have a cutting machine.

I printed to white paper & lightly adhered to green card.This made it easier to see the cutting lines.I used a precision craft knife as it's more pliable for cutting curves than a stencil knife,but any sharp knife would do.For this type of close design it's best to start in the middle & work out,cutting around the perimeter last.

I then gently peeled the paper off,glued the parts together,assembled & embellished using bits from my stock.Added the tea-light last.
