I cut this card on my Silhouette Cameo using 250 gsm white card stock for the main card. The car toppers have two parts, a full car with wheels which I cut from black card and the car body which I cut from coloured card.
I layered the toppers together and then glued them on top the cars on the base card using pva glue.
I made an insert using the road backing paper which comes with the template, printing a sentiment on the inside.
