I cut the purple background and blue out of card stock. For the white lace I used 32lb bond paper. The heart I used was not part of this file, as I added my own heart, which is in two layers.

The 1st photo shows the heart closed and the 2nd photo shows it open. The original file is a 5x5 inch card, but I resized it to be 5x6 as in the US a square card cost more money to mail.

You'll end up with a lot of little hearts that you could use for a shaker card. This is a very cute design.
