I cut the backround from some cloud card I had in my stash and layered onto silver and black card.

I cut the people out of black and the grass out of green.

I cut the balloon twice once out of black and one out of silver I used some of the silver hearts to paper piece onto the balloon.

I added glitter and gems to finish. Amazing design simple design.
