First Anniversary Occasion TopperCompleted by Angela Walker

I cut all elements on my Cameo using white card. Glittered the Anniversary mat and stuck it down onto the plain mat with glue then mounted it onto the scalloped mat using foam pads, then mounted it all onto a glittered patterned card using DST.

I cut out the Magnolia flower from CUP402513_425 glittered and added to the centre. I then added clear gems. Beautiful Topper that doesn't need too much decoration.
