I wanted to make a box that was as tidy on the inside as the outside. I have included two sizes of box but you can resize to suit your requirements if you prefer. Please make sure that you enlarge all the pieces retaining the proportions. This will also alter the depth of the box.
To keep the box as tidy on the inside as it is on the outside I stick the tabs to the OUTSIDE of the plain heart panel then stick the scallop panel in place so the tabs are sandwiched in the middle.
Use either of the decorative panels to finish off the lid if you wish, or you could add flowers, butterflies or any sentiment panel of your choice.

I cut the sides, plain hearts and topper using black card and the scalloped hearts out of bright pink card.
After assembling the box I added a bright pink ribbon and chocolate bow to the sides of the lid.
This box is easy to make and the finished item looks great with all of the gluing hidden.
