Another great file by Tina Fitch. I cut all topper elements on my cameo and layered them up using wet glue for the bottom two and the top two and then put the two parts together with small foam pads.

I separated the wording by cutting with scissors, added a decoupage picture in the centre, then layered onto an A5 card.
