I used white card to cut out the card base and pearlised card in cream and silver to cut out the toppers for the car, bells and sentiment.

For the remaining toppers I used black ,white and pink 160 gsm card then used wet glue to attach them to the base card.

To finish off I added a patterned paper behind the aperture.
