My Nephew Ben With My Red Hat

I am a member of the York Red Hat Society and have quite a few Red Hats, we meet on a Monday and always wear purple clothes and a Red Hat, we go on trips to the theatre, have lunch out once a month, weekends away and just have fun.

When my nephew Ben visited I caught him trying on my Red Hats and managed to get this picture. My 4 day discount sale starts today where you will find 20% discount on all my designs.

My HUGG Boots

Over the past couple of years I have hand knitted 70 pairs of fur trimmed boots from CUP knitting pattern cup543058_2053, I had sew-on labels made with hUGG printed on them and are selling them as hUGG boots!

I recently has a request for 3 pairs of my hUGG boots, 2 pairs normal size (0-3 months) and one pair smaller, my customer didnt want the normal baby colours because they were not for babies........I wonder who or what will be wearing them!!!

The Wetherby Silver Band

We spent a lovely Sunday afternoon listening to the Wetherby Silver Band which were playing locally at Wetherby, we took along our chairs and ate sandwiches and had chips from The Wetherby Whaler, the sun shone and we had a lovely Sunday afternoon spent with my sister Valerie and brother in law Michael , a lovely location by the side of the river.

The Magpie At Whitby

Had a lovely day out at Whitby but unable to have fish and chips at out favourite restaurant The Magpie as it was closed due to a fire, instead we went to another fish restaurant called Trenchers, I must say the fish and chips were superb!

We visited the unspoilt village of Hutton-Le-Hole then over the moors to the highest point with panoramic views, through the picturesque moorland villages of Castleton & Danby, making a stop around lunch time at Whitby.

We then ended our day at the pretty little village of Thornton Dale, a lovely day with unbroken sunshine.
