I printed the blue sheet out twice so I could decoupage the ribbon, then using a very sharp craft knife and ruler cut out the square centre and placed a dome that fits perfect, placed ice embellishment attic to the dome before I placed the sheet I decoupaged on the back, using dst, then finish with a die cut sentiment to finish
