I added one of the designs in a graphic program to add a frame from one of the designers in designer resources. added lots of glitter and a sentiment.

Printed out chosen design at a reduced size, mounted onto black card with DST and trimmed to leave a narrow border.

A piece of one of the design papers from cup1345129_14757 was mounted onto black card with DST, trimmed to leave a narrow border and secured to front of white base card with DST.

The topper was then secured centrally with foam pads. A great selection of designs, ideal for fund-raising.
