I used the designer "Butterfly Lace Background-Romantic" to make this tissue box cover. I followed a CUP template and used CUP background paper too. To make one, just follow the instructions from a CUP template. It is not hard to do.

CUP has many pretty papers, pictures and clip art to make these. I am addicted. These boxes make such a neat and usable gift. Plus you could make a matching card to go with it.
