I added a poodle (cup1007243-76091) to the image using My Craft Studio, and resized the image to fit my card. I then printed the design onto 128gsm Pro print paper, and cut out the image. I layered the image onto silver mirror card, then onto a coordinating blue card and mounted it onto a white card blank using double sided tape. I then added a peel off silver sentiment and decorations for the tree.

This was just using one of the 7 (including a bonus design) that you get. All beautiful designs, which you can do as much or as little to as you like.
