I took a pretty floral frame from designer resources and put the picture of the delicate stream under it then I put a shape with round edges behind I put another rectangular shape on the side of the card and attached a back without the picture.
I put some decoupage on the card . I printed another frame put happy birthday on the top, put a piece of accetate on it and attached to card with foam pads.
I also made an envelope to match. There is also a verse inside from CUP
