I opened the green Everyday Colors - A4 Size Floral Pattern Digital Background into my photo editor. Then I added a thin silver frame and trimmed the background to fit in the frame. After this I added also an oval silver frame and trimmed the patterned paper away.

I added a white background instead. Next I added a flute playing fairy and some musical notes in to the aperture. Then I added two vignettes to decorate the card. Because the card seemed to need still something, I added a lace frame and trimmed it to fit nicely around the topper.

I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a pink base card leaving no border. I am going to add decoupage flowers later on.
