I opened one of the files from the Inner Gradient Backgrounds Soft 2 set into my image editor. Then I added the lotus in the middle. After that I added the outer frame. Next I copied and downsized the lotus and added it into all four corners. I added a tiny fairy in the middle of the central lotus.
Next I added the Happy Birthday text and some fairy dust into the image.
