In my graphics programme, I opened one of these lovely images. I cloned an orange colour from the picture and created a textured backing paper for my 8 x 8 in card front.

I added a large black border to the card front and then added two picture frames (one of which I rotated and resized.

I resized and added the image before writing 'Happy Birthday' in orange and black text.
