Printed and cut out chosen design which was mounted onto black card with DST and trimmed to leave a narrow border.
A square of blue tartan paper was mounted onto black card with DST, trimmed to leave a narrow border and secured to front of white base card with DST.
The Cocker Spaniel topper was then secured centrally with foam pads. A sentiment of choice can be added later - ideal for Spring birthdays or Easter.
I printed borders around the card and then printed out 4 pictures of the same dog to make into decoupage and attached to the card.
