I used a 5x7 white card and attached a piece of patterned background paper. I attached a wide piece of ribbon across the middle and stuck it down behind with double sided tape. I die cut the balloons and added some metallic thread as the strings.

I printed the image onto silk paper and cut it out with a large tag die. I inked the edges, added a piece of ribbon and used silicone foam tape to add it to the card so it was raised off the card.

I glued on 3 small flowers and added some gems to the flowers on the background paper and a pearl to the little girls bow.

I stamped a sentiment onto another piece of background paper and glued it onto the card. These images are stunning and make gorgeous cards for little girls.
