Gingham Backing Papers KitCompleted by Gwyneth George

I took two of the colours of gingham from this very versatile pack into one of my graphics packages and made digital layers and mats from it to go with some baby boy elements from kit cup307744_656. I then took the resulting design into Silhouette Studio and set up the design with cutting lines to make a Print & Cut page. This was then printed out onto glossy photo paper and then cut out using my Cameo cutting machine. The base image was stuck directly to one shade of cardstock, and this matted image was then stuck to the front of a slightly lighter base card using 1mm deep, double sided, tape. I finished off by decoupaging on some of the baby elements, sticking them in place with glue gel after giving them some shape.

I love the assortment of colours in this pack, with shades for lots of different occasions.
