Delightfully Spring 12 Tartan/plaid Backgrounds

I printed just one of the designs onto smooth white card then cut to size and added the a blank card then added my chosen topper ,a lovely set of backgrounds that I know I will use many times.

I chose background no. 9 from this lovely kit for my card. I printed out edge to edge on 160 gsm decoupage paper, cut to fit a glossy red linen finish LDL card blank leaving a narrow margin all round ,and attached with DST.

I attached my card topper, cup557058_437 to this with DST and edged with a red peel off border and added red corners.

This is a lovely bright yellow mini plaid background and there are 12 patterns in 6 colours in the kit.

Great value and they would make gorgeous backgrounds for loads of craft projects. A great kit to have in your craft box! I think it complements the card topper perfectly.
