YES! You can use these for non-commercial and commercial use. I am even allowing CU4CU with my card stock papers and digital papers.
NO! You can NOT cut these up or add to kits as is. This is NOT a resell product. You can not share or resell/sell these papers. Use these to make something new. Do not turn these into photoshop styles to share or sell. Do not turn these into backgrounds to share or sell. Decoupage is fine, but do not cut these up and give to your customer as a .jpg or .png file.
