I put the design sheet in my Print Master and put one sheet upright, then took another sheet of the same and flipped it.

I added a ribbon piece to cover where they connected. Added greeting to front of card. Printed twice, cut out card top and backed it.

Cut out flowers from second printing and added to card top. Made insert for card using Print Master to add greeting. See picture below.
