Downloaded this then added a couple elements from cup, the rainbow (cup951453_437) and the dog (cup1169759_604) then added my own border.

Added a sentiment with a border of the same orchid paper. Printed them all out on 200grm photo paper, then cut out.

I used roller tape adhesive to glue the paper to a card blank approximately 125mm x 125mm (5in x 5in).

Then added the remaining elements using 2mm foam pads.
