I passed one of the bears through my cut out programme to make decoupageing easier (although copying the bear several times and printing out a sheet and cutting out the pieces you require is still a satisfactory means if you do not have a cut out programme), and added it to a backing sheet and frame with a decoupaged flower together with a sentiment.
