BIRTHDAY CAKES IN PNGCompleted by Susan Heanes

This design I designed myself. I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out, the card front was matted onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and added to a White card base.

The decoupage layers were added with foam pads, the Greeting Tag was added to the top with foam pads after being matted onto Silver Mirri card and cut out.

To finish I Glittered the Sparkle and added various size Clear Gems to the Cake and card corners.
