I uploaded the images to Cricut Design Space and used the print/cut feature to print them on matte photo paper and cut out.

I inked all the edges.

I used single layer sticky foam pads to attach the children dressed as Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Daisy and Donald onto grey card stock.

I used a double layer of sticky foam pads to place Pluto overlapping the other children. I used Tombow liquid glue to attach the words and the cutout stars. I added red glitter dazzle stars in various sizes. I attached my topper to a red tent card base.
