NO! You can NOT cut these up or add to kits as is. This is NOT a resell product. You can not share or resell/sell these graphics. Use these to make something new. Decoupage is ok but please do not give your customer my products in the same file format you received from me. If you are not sure if your project is allowed - contact me first before purchasing.
