Baby Boom Blue

I took some of the elements from this kit into one of my graphics programs, together with a couple of shades of gingham backgrounds from kit cup57481_359. I played around with the various pieces until I had a matted and layered look background, with some of the baby elements placed on these, and also put copies of the baby elements by the side to make extra layers to decoupage on. I then took the resulting design into my Silhouette Studio software and added cutting lines to make it a Print & Cut design. The design was printed onto Glossy Photo Paper and then cut out using my Cameo. The base layer was stuck directly onto a mat of Adorable Scoreable cardsotck, and this matted image was stuck to the front of a slightly lighter base card using 2mm deep, double sided, foam tape. The additional layers were gently shaped and then stuck on using glue gel.

Whether you just one or two baby elements to put on a small card, or want to use the lot on a larger card, this is an useful little kit to have in a digital library.
