Using Photoshop I did the greeting then imported both images into the programme. I added to the design resizing to required size. I then printed 3 times onto glossy photo card & used 2 of the copies to cut decoupage.

I layered onto a pink backing card then punched a hole & threaded with organza ribbon before mounting onto the card blank.

I added a resin babies dummy then finished the ribbon in a bow.
