I used one of these lovely clipart characters when I designed cup346113_819 Bear Hug, the sheet I made this 8x8 card from.
I printed the sheet on glossy photo paper, cut out and stuck to card stock with dst then attached the flowers with sticky tabs.
I finished off with some silver outline border.
