I took a pastel spotty background and overlaid a blue frame from cup134375_796 (Lace Frame Overlays 1 Baby) twice. I then added A BABY BOY text using this alphabet, along with How Wonderful! text and four blue heart buttons.
The whole design is fixed to a lemon pastel card and hearts and BOY are decoupaged with 2mm foam pads.
