YES! You can use these for non-commercial and commercial use. I am now allowing decoupage for my bows, graphics, posers and elements. You can use these to decorate your cards, card kits or other printable products you sell to your customers for their own personal use AND for their business.
NO! DO NOT add to kits as is (digital .png file). You can not recolor these to create new graphics to use or share/sell. This is NOT a resell product as is. Use these to make something new. Do NOT just put the word art on a background and sell as a designer resource. You can not use this to add or create a designer stash.
