I used one of these toppers in my design cup426247_819 Funky Zebras Topper & Decoupage and made this card. I stuck some pink spotty paper to an purple A5 card with dst then stuck on the topper also with dst.
I then attached the decoupage layers and sentiments with sticky tabs.
