I opened the puppy in the box file from the Christmas Presents package into my photo editor. I added a Christmas living room scene and a frame. After this I added a vignette and text "Merry Christmas". I saved the file and printed the sheet.

I cut the topper out and attached it into a red base card leaving a narrow border.
