I designed this sheet using the beautiful Filigree Cross and Lilly design Resource. I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out all pieces. I matted the base layer onto Silver Embossed card with d/s tape and added to a White card base.
The decoupage was added with foam pads. To finish I added Clear Gems and the Matching insert inside.
