I opened a background sheet with newspaper frame into my image editor. Then I added the vintage church scenery into it. After that I made flower vignettes from yellow roses and chrysanthemums. Next I added the upper banner and the text Autumn to it.

I copied the same banner and mirrored it. Then I placed it between the vignettes and added the text Greetings into it.
