Party Hats
Here are some fun party hats I made. They are .png files on transparent backgrounds.These are CU4CU and can be used in a derivative design (such as the card designs on CUP) but cannot be sold as is, shared or given away for free.
They may also be printed and used for Card Making. If used as a Designer Resource please credit me.

Each of my Party Hat Mini Kits has three sheets: card front and back, decoupage and sentiments, and card insert.
Simple to make with instructions included in the kit.
