I started with an abstract background of blue shades, topped by a smaller background of sunbeams. I added a copper metallic border to separate the two backgrounds. I overlapped three of the 14 doves and gave each one an olive branch and an eye.

I added the “Happy Holidays” sentiment, but several others would be appropriate as well (such as “Happy Hanukkah” or “Thinking of You” or “With Sympathy").
