i made a card front base by using 2 papers and then placing a layered ribbon where they joined and then added 2 brads either side i then added a layered frame to the middle of the card front and placed a girl drinking i then added one of the balloons to the layered frame and added a sentiment,then finally added bottles of wine and glasses of wine and blank sentiment under the frame to finish the design
