In my graphics programme I created a 6in card front with blue hearts backing paper. I made a smaller square with lighter blue textured paper and added borders. I opened one of these lovely corners. I resized and added it to the lighter blue square on all four corners.

I cropped one side of the corner to create a band across the centre of the card.
