I selected a background from cup198157_927 (Pastel Plaids Backing papers) and added elements from this gorgeous kit, then a With Love sentiment using kit199151_425 (Pink Glitter Alphabet & Numbers).

All of the corner flowers and letters are decoupaged using 2mm foam pads. The base is a 5x7 inch hammered white card.
