This card design is available for sale - please see cup223369_994. I've used the peach panel from cup216602_923 (Brushed Metal Square Panels) and placed it on a purple background. I then added four of these flower buttons with centres from cup181086_131 (colourful brads).
I mounted the design on a pale salmon 5x7 inch card and finished with a matching Happy Birthday text plate.
