In my graphics programme I opened the plain scroll with the blue and white poinsettia on. I added it to a plain white background and cloned the darkest blue from the poinsettia to border the image.

I created an A4 card front in metallic red and placed my scroll in the centre. I added Christmas borders to the top and bottom of the card front and a lovely robin to the scroll.

Finally, I added the text in a mix of the metallic red from the card front and the dark blue from the border.
