I opened the image with the two kids into my image editor. Then I added the pale green scalloped edged tag behind the kids. I removed the text from the tag. Then I added a transparent snowy landscape scenery and a cream edge around it in the middle of the tag. I had downsized the original tag text and now I added it on the upper edge of the landscape scenery.

Next I added the red ribbon bows from the kit and adjusted the colors. After that I added the same scenery as in the middle also as the outside background and frame.
