I opened my photo editor and added a background sheet. Then I added a pink frame. On top of the lace decoration in the background sheet I added three pink flowers. As a focal point I added a siamese cat. I saved the file and printed the sheet.
I cut the topper out and attached it on a white base card. I decorated the card with 2 decoupage layers of the flowers, glossy accent in the cat's eyes and blue half pearls in the flower centres.
I also added a plastic decoration text Meow into the card.
