I opened the two blue roses into my photo editor, and made a vignette from them along with some rose leaves and lilies of the valley.

I saved the vignette. Then I opened a new file and added a frame.

Next I added the man figure and the background with the ship. Next I added the blue roses vignette into the left lower corner. Into the upper left corner I added the numbers 70 and saved the file. I printed the sheet and cut the topper out. I decorated the card with two decoupage layers to the roses.
